The committee, which is comprised of US Sailing Association Board Members, US Sailing Foundation board members, Olympians, staff, a USOPC representative, America’s Cup sailors, and more, will conduct the global search for the next Vice President of High Performance.

This broad and diverse search committee is part of a comprehensive search process that includes several important steps and stakeholders from across the sailing community participating in a variety of ways.

The job description has been reviewed by staff, athletes, and the USOPC. Including a broad cross-section of stakeholders ensures that important voices are truly heard and will result in a clearer and complete list of the job requirements necessary for leading a high-performance team in today’s world.
