Olympic Games

The 2020 Summer Olympics, officially known as the Games of the XXXII Olympiad, are planned to be held July 24 to August 9, 2020 in and around Tokyo, Japan.

US Sailing is responsible for selecting and supporting the members of Team USA, many or all of whom will be drawn from the roster of the US Sailing Team, the annually-selected national team that competes at events around the world throughout the four-year Olympic cycle.

For any questions regarding US Sailing’s involvement in Tokyo 2020, feel free to contact the US Sailing Team.

The sailing events will be held, South to Tokyo, in the city of Enoshima, the same sailing venue utilized during the 1964 Summer Games. Fifteen athletes will represent the United States of America in ten Olympic classes.
