Ian MacDiarmid, Crew

Andrew Mollerus, Skipper

In September 2017, Andrew Mollerus and Ian MacDiarmid teamed up to campaign in the 49er. The pair traded the top U.S. ranking with other teams throughout the 2020 quadrennium, representing Team USA at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru, where they finished fourth. Their best performance to date is 14th at the 2020 World Championships in Geelong, Australia. After making much progress on the water, Andrew and Ian narrowly missed the selection for the 2020 Olympic Games. They are currently campaigning toward the 2021 World Championship in Al Mussanah, Oman and the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, France.
