The final Diversity, Equity and Inclusion special session on The Starboard Portal of 2020 focused on college sailing. Panelists representing the Intercollegiate Sailing Association (ICSA) discussed the Inclusivity, Diversity and Equity (TIDE) Task Force they developed and how they are committed to making college sailing a more inclusive and diverse community that respects and supports sailors of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences.
