College Sailing and Olympic Development: A Refreshing New Era of Collaboration

In the United States, college sailing teams and the Olympic Development Program (ODP) have a long history of pursuing the same group of athletes. The relationship between the two programs has drifted in and out of cooperation, but US Sailing’s newest ODP Director Rosie Chapman aims to bolster cooperation between college sailing and the ODP.
