BRISTOL, R.I. (August 7, 2019) – The 2019 Youth Match Racing World Championship will be held in Ekaterinburg, Russia from August 11-17, 2019, in the Ricochet 747.
Representing the U.S. will be skipper Jack Parkin with teammates Wiley Rogers, Victoria Thompson, Jacob Rosenberg and Bram Brakman. Parkin and most of the same team, won the Taylor Trophy, the Long Island Sound Match Racing Championship, and finished third at the 2019 Governor’s Cup and earlier this summer. In 2018, Parkin’s team won the 2018 U.S. Youth Match Racing Championship for the Rose Cup.
This will be the seventh running of the Youth Match Racing World Championship.
