US Sailing Publishes 2019 Reach Initiative Impact Report

BRISTOL, R.I. (March 10, 2020) – US Sailing’s Reach Initiative has released it’s 2019 Impact Report. Launched in 2012, Reach is US Sailing’s STEM education initiative. Since it’s inception, Reach has had an immeasurable impact on youth across the country who are learning Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math concepts using sailing as an educational platform.

There are three Reach Hubs in the United States and one Emerging Hub. These Hubs work together to share resources, training, and best practices to support the growth of their programs and provide mentoring to additional programs nationally who are interested in creating hands-on learning opportunities for under-served youth.
