Additionally, 2023 ANOC World Beach Games selection criteria and qualification outlines are now live, and an update to 2023 Pan Am Games selection has been posted.

NEW: 2023 YOUTH WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP SELECTION PROCEDURES
The USA qualification events to the 2023 Youth Sailing World Championships will be conducted with the following equipment:

- Boy’s One Person Dinghy – ILCA 6
- Girl’s One Person Dinghy – ILCA 6
- Mixed or Boys’ Two Person Dinghy – i420
- Girls’ Two Person Dinghy – i420
- Boys’ Skiff – 29er
- Girls’ Skiff – 29er
- Mixed Multihull – Nacra15
- Boy’s Windsurfer – iQFOiL Youth
- Girl’s Windsurfer – iQFOiL Youth
- Boy’s Kites – Formula Kite
- Girl’s Kites – Formula Kite

US Sailing’s ISC will select one eligible prospective athlete in each of the single-handed classes and one team of two eligible prospective athletes for each of the double-handed classes to represent their country at the 52nd Youth Sailing World Championship expected to be held in December 2023 (exact event dates and location TBD). The top eligible finisher in their class at the following event will earn selection:

- US Youth Championships | June 26-30, 2023 | US Sailing/RWU, Bristol, RI

If this regatta is a “non-event” as defined in the Notice of Race for that event, cancelled, or postponed, then the ISC will publish a revised selection procedures as soon as practicable.
2023 Youth World Championship Selection Procedures
NEW: 2023 ANOC WORLD BEACH GAMES SELECTION PROCEDURES
The ANOC World Beach Games is a global multi-sport event created by the Association of National Olympic Committees (ANOC) and first hosted in Qatar in 2019. The second edition of the ANOC World Beach Games will take place in Bali, Indonesia on 5-12 August 2023 and will feature WingFoil Racing as the sailing event.

The selection procedures for the 2023 Pan American Games have been revised slightly, with changes to the location of the first Formula Kite qualification event, as well as a date change for the Sunfish Trials event. More details can be found in the selection document.
