Two U.S. Youth Teams to Compete in 2016 Youth Match Racing World Championship
Two teams, with skippers Christophe Killian of Newport Beach, California, and Charlie Lalumiere of Falmouth, Maine, will be representing the U.S. in the 2016 World Sailing Youth Match Racing World Championship in Noumea, New Caledonia, June 14-18, 2016. Killian and Lalumiere finished first and second respectively at the 2015 Intercollegiate Match Racing Championship. Sailing with Killian are Jack Martin and Harrison Vandervort; and with Lalumiere are Chas MacBain and Howie Meyers. Ten teams will be competing in Elliott 6m’s, including teams from Denmark, New Zealand, France, Australia and Japan.
