While Scott is involved with collegiate sailing during the school year, he is focusing on high-performance coaching on multiple classes of boats for the summer 2019 season. A sailing related goal that Scott is working towards is collaborating with Hobart and William Smith student-athletes to identify team goals for next year and then developing a team vision for the upcoming collegiate season. On his coaching style, Scott says, “I will challenge you every day to be at your best, knowing that I bring my best every day to practice.”
