US Sailing is saddened by the news that Dale Mogle, a pillar in the US Sailing Training community, passed away on April 8th following a battle with pancreatic cancer. Dale is survived by his wife Jo.
In 2011, Dale and Jo were presented the President’s Award by US Sailing President Gary Jobson in recognition of their life-long service. Dale and Jo received US Sailing’s Prosser Award in 1996 for their contributions to sailing education and in 1993 they were recognized for Outstanding Contributions to the Development of Community Sailing.
