The US SAILING Safety at Sea Committee's primary
obligation is to scrutinize the International Sailing Federation
Special regulations Governing Offshore and Oceanic Racing including US
SAILING Prescriptions, and make recommended changes to ISAF's
Special Regulations Committee. When the U.S. needs are
different from the international agreed upon recommendations, US SAILING
modifies the book with what is called a "US SAILING Prescription". |
