North American Portsmouth Tables 2002

In the Tables:
Parentheses ( ) around numbers indicate between 5 and 15 data points
Brackets [ ] around numbers indicate calculated number or fewer than 5 data points

NOTE
: Please be aware that several classes of boats were de-listed in 2001 due to inactivity or insufficient data points to produce dependable Portsmouth Numbers. If your favorite class is missing from the updated 2001 Tables, you are invited to check prior year's Tables at Tables2000. If you would like for such classes to be included in the 2003 Tables, we urge you to submit race results supporting these and other classes. Also, if your results included a class not included in these Tables, please email hobockd@aol.com for a provisional number. We hope this will not inconvenience you but we are trying to streamline the Portsmouth Tables to classes actively raced under the Portsmouth Yardstick system. Thank you for your cooperation and for using this US SAILING Service to Sailors!

Ratings are based on boats being rigged in accordance with one-design class rules and with class sails and equipment. In fairness to other competitors, each competitor should comply with minimum crew weight and number of crew. Please submit race results by November 1, 2002, to US SAILING, Portsmouth Numbers Committee, Attn. Donna Leary, Box 1260, Portsmouth, RI 02871.
