Secretary Report: Submission of last meeting minutes.

Motion to accept, second: unanimously approved 

Request for Web Liaison: James Walsh was appointed

Other members of the USPHRF committee to complete a 3 member hearing

committee as needed.           

A motion was made to accept the above appointments, Second and a vote of all in favor. 

Discussion:

A discussion took place regarding the represented PHRF organizations.

Most PHRF groups voiced the same issues,

and growth patterns 

An over-view of ISAF submissions that would concern USPHRF was given with group discussion.

Action items resulting for the Offshore Committee are as follows 

1)      ISAF submission #46: The USPHRF committee recommends against submission #46

2)      ISAF submission #12: The USPHRF committee recommends against submission #12

3)      ISAF submission regarding movable ballast:

The USPHRF committee recommends a vote in agreement. 

Reports to the USPHRF Committee: 

Discussions:

Impact if IRC Racing and the affect on PHRF in the US. Most places where IRC was being

used or tested it has been only implemented with the faster classes rating 99 or less.

Most boats that have gotten IRC certificates will still keep

PHRF certificates and will race in both fleets depending on the venue.
