HOW DID YOU GET INVOLVED IN SAILING?
I got involved into windsurfing through the Banana River Windsurfing Resort in Cocoa Beach, Fla, where I met my coaches Beth and Greg Winkler and was inspired by them to start racing Olympic class.

WHO HAS BEEN MOST INFLUENTIAL PERSON IN YOUR ATHLETIC CAREER AND WHY?
My coach Beth Winkler is my surf mama. She is an outstanding person as well as incredibly driven woman. She has dedicated much of her time training me and supporting me throughout my campaign and has been an outstanding inspiration.

WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER YOUR GREATEST ACHIEVEMENT SO FAR?
Ranked number one on the US Sailing Team two times in a row for the women’s Neilpryde RS: X class and  USA representative for the 2007 Pan American Games.

WHAT IS YOUR TRAINING REGIMEN?:
I sail four days a week, usually for two 2-3 hour sessions. I also do gym training and surfing.

WHAT OTHER INTERESTS DO YOU HAVE?
Movies, surfing, kayaking, and cooking.
