HOW AND WHEN DID YOU GET INVOLVED IN SAILING?
I grew up sailing at the Riverside Yacht Club in Riverside, CT.  After Bob Merrick came back from the 2000 Olympic Games, we started sailing together on Hobie 16s.

WHAT IS YOUR TRAINING REGIMEN (on and off the water)?
I go to the gym before work every morning.  We sail as many regattas as we can all summer.

WHAT OTHER, NON-SAILING INTERESTS DO YOU HAVE?
I’m involved in local politics and am a member of the Branford, Conn. Democratic Town Committee.
