Important Information BEFORE you Register for the 2008 US Olympic & Paralympic Team Trials:
The process will take 20 minutes providing you have all the information at your fingertips. Read below so you do it right the first time.
General Information
- The more information you supply when registering, the better. Accurate information is important to ensure we publicize you, and this event, properly. It also ensures you will have a smooth on-site registration process. Take the time to do it right the first time.
- Gather the following information about yourself and all the crew on your boat BEFORE you start this process:
- Boat Information: Boat Name, Sail Number, Significant Sailing Achievements
- Individual Information: Name, Address, home & cell phone numbers, Email, ISAF Sailor ID, T-shirt size, Media Contact, Emergency Contact Name & contact information, US SAILING Membership ID, Class Membership information, Insurance Information. This information needs to be provided for each member of the crew.
- If you have a Coach, please indicate this when you register yourself. You or your coach must then register separately using the Coach Registration system. You will be asked to supply the following information when you register your coach:
- Address, cell phone number, email address
- On-site registration/check-in is required for all athletes and coaches. Each host Yacht Club will have registration at a designated location. Check the Notice of Race.
- Payment is by credit card only. Your registration is not complete until you have completed all required information for every person on the boat, and you have paid.
- You are not registered until you receive a receipt via email. If you do not receive this, you did not follow the system through to the end. Please email the customer service group using the contact information at the bottom of the screen.
- If you make a mistake, or if any information about your registration changes after you have completed it, you can return to the registration site using your receipt information and make the necessary changes. Any problems, please use the contact information at the bottom of the screen.
