ORR is a development of AMERICAP II, thus for all owners holding recently valid AMERICAP II™ or IMS Certificates, US SAILING can convert your measurement data into a 2007 ORR Certificate.

US SAILING will send you the necessary form to allow you to convert over to ORR (Expired IMS or AMERICAP certificates may be acceptable pending approval of the Chief Measurer). Please indicate any recent changes to the boat, i.e. new sails, rig changes, crew weight, etc.
