Registration
fee of $25 (member)/$40 (non-member)/Fee waived
for first-timers.
All participants are requested to register as early as possible to
assist us in our meeting planning. Click

HOTEL RESERVATIONS -
ROOM BLOCK IS NOW CLOSED
Cut off for room block reservations is
September 26th, 2005. Room rates are $139
(single/double/triple
or quad) plus tax. Please indicate that you are a
United States Sailing Association attendee to receive this group
rate. Check in time is 3:00pm / Check out is 12:00pm.
Late checkouts will be charged 50% of the suite rate.
Reservations made after the cut
off date will be on a space and rate availability only.
We encourage you to book your rooms early.

This is an
all-suites hotel. It is located in North Phoenix and is within
walking distance to Paradise Valley Mall, several theatres,
restaurants and shopping centers.

TRANSPORTATION

you require a wheelchair accessible van , you must make
reservations.
Upon exiting baggage claim in the airport terminal, please cross
over to the outer island marked "VAN SERVICE" and a

representative will make shuttle arrangements for you.
You may have to wait for shortly for an
available van.
If you are
driving from the airport to Embassy Suites, take Arizona 51
freeway North , exit at Cactus Road . Turn right and go east one
mile to Paradise Village Parkway West. Turn right 1/4 mile .

US SAILING and Arizona Yacht Club are
working together to ensure a fun and successful meeting. This year's Ice-Breaker Reception will be
a T-shirt party!! Please come and join the fun.
Wear any sailing related t-shirt (no polos please!)
and take your chance at winning a prize!! The Ice Breaker T-shirt party
will be held in the
courtyard of the Embassy Suites with complimentary beverages and
hors d'ouevres graciously provided by Arizona Yacht Club.
