Internship
US SAILING, the national governing body for the sport of sailing, has an
opening this summer for an intern either full or part time. Working with
both Championships and Junior Olympics, this position provides opportunities
to work with some of the nation’s top sailors, yacht clubs, coaches and the
yachting industry.
The successful candidate will be immersed in event planning, marketing and
public relations. The work will never be the same from day to day. Some
travel to events is required. Experience in Front Page is a plus as updating
websites will also be a responsibility. The internship will run from July 1
to October 1. Opportunities for community service and course credits can be
provided as well.
