How do I register?

The system does not allow you to go back and edit the information, so a little work ahead of time is going to be required.  If you competed in a US SAILING Championship last year, most of the information will come up automatically once your membership number is entered.  Update any information that needs to be changed.

You must complete the entry materials which can be downloaded from the championship homepage.  These should be sent in one package to the host yacht club along with the damage deposit check if you have been awarded a charter.

What if I don't know my membership number?

Send an e-mail to membership@ussailing.org and give your name and hometown.

What if someone is coming with me?

Anyone accompanying a sailor is responsible for their own housing, transportation, meals and expenses during the event.  

Does my coach register?

Private coaches must register in advance and are responsible for their own housing, transportation, meals and expenses during the event.  

Whom do we pay? 

Payment, including charter fees if a charter has been awarded should be sent to US SAILING via credit card, not to the host club.  US SAILING will send the entry fees onto the host.

Where do I send my Damage Deposit?

Damage Deposits are payable by check to the yacht club.

How do I find out about transportation to the host club from the nearest airport?

Contract the local chair directly.
