How do we register? Teams must complete the online registration form. Teams must register in one session. The system does not allow you to go back and edit the information. If you competed in a US SAILING Championship last year, most of the information will come up automatically once your membership number is entered.
Each team member must complete the entry materials which can be downloaded from the championship homepage. These should be sent in one package/ team to the host yacht club along with the damage deposit check.
Once an application is complete, you will receive an e-receipt number. If you log off before your e-receipt number appears, your registration is NOT COMPLETE.
This is an important number. Keep it in a safe place as you may need it later. US SAILING does NOT have the ability to give you your e-receipt number.
What if I don't know my membership number? Send an e-mail to membership@ussailing.org and give your name and hometown.
What information will the team need to provide for each individual on the team?
What if someone is coming with a member of the team? Anyone accompanying a sailor is responsible for their own housing, transportation, meals and expenses during the event.
Who do we pay? Payment should paid by credit card to US SAILING, not to the host club. US SAILING will send the entry fees onto the host.
Where do I send my Damage Deposit? Damage Deposits are payable by check to the yacht club.
How do I find out about transportation to the host club from the nearest airport? Contract the local chair directly. Register Now Download Entry Materials - each competitor must sign these |
