Conditions

The sailors arrived today at Miami Yacht Club, the venue for racing of the 2006 U.S. Youth Multihull Championship. Chairs Linda Evans and Andrea Livingston and their team were welcoming  and helpful to all 14 teams.  

The Hobie 16s are rigged and ready to go.  Hobie Cat Company and Water Play of Miami & Ft. Lauderdale are among the sponsors of the event and the boats have been equipped with new sails for the championship which will be sailed round robin.  Today was the clinic day, led by Mike Ingham and tomorrow will begin the first day of racing.
