Conditions: Variable northerly breezes

Glenn Schmidt, regatta chair reports:

"Sunday, I postponed on the beach rather than have the competitors drifting around.  I went out to the course area and had "some" breeze and called them out.  The northerlies resulting from the remnants of Charlie made it impossible to set a course.  The committee started three races, had three General Recalls and after a brief discussion with our officials (Dean Cady, national chair, and  the Judges) the committee very reluctantly hoisted N over A and abandoned.  So, we headed in for lunch, ate and put boats away."
