The Owner/Skipper, plus a minimum of four nominated crew members must have raced together in all five of the regattas reported in the sailing resume.  All other nominated crew members must have raced in at least one of the regattas reported in the sailing resume. All helms and crews must be US SAILING members and the helm will need his/her US SAILING membership number to complete the resume.

The online resume will ask the helm to list  five regattas from the current sailing season in his/her respective US SAILING area.  The resume must be submitted online prior to August 15, 2008.  No paper resumes will be accepted.

Accepted applicants will be notified by e-mail by either the Area Offshore Championship Representative or the Offshore Championship Chair, no later than August 30th and will be sent a link to register for the championship. The competitor will be asked to register the entire crew nominated to participate in the Offshore Championship.

At this point, crew names, US SAILING membership numbers and ISAF Classification numbers must be provided, including any alternates. All crews must be current US SAILING members.  If any competitor does not have a valid US SAILING membership, the entire registration will not be accepted.  Entry fees will be payable at this point.
