Terms of Reference

1.0       PURPOSE 

1.1              To review, recommend and monitor the budget;

1.2              To assure US SAILING of the appropriateness of the financial reporting systems; 

1.3       To recommend acceptance or other action on the budget to the Board and Executive Committee; 

1.4       To review all new, proposed or special projects and especially their projected impact on revenues and expenses; 

1.5       To make long range and policy recommendations with respect to facility needs, windfalls and the Endowment Fund, and new programs; to review the actions of the Endowment Fund Advisors;

 2.0       COMPOSITION

2.1              The Chair shall be recommended by the President and appointed by the Board . 

2.2              The Treasurer shall be Ex-Officio member of the Committee.

2.3                Committee members shall be recommended by the Chair and  appointed by the Board.
