Thank you, President Muldoon, I am honored to be here this morning on behalf of the United States Marine Safety Association. I am here to present our Seventh Annual Safety Award to US SAILING's Safety at Sea Committee to recognize their continuing efforts to improve the safety of life at sea.

Some past recipients of this award have been, The US Coast Guard's Survival Systems Branch, The National SeaGrant College Program, Alaska Marine Safety Education Association, Margaret McMillan from McMillan Offshore in New Orleans.
