    1.    US SAILING Safety at Sea Seminars now managed through US SAILING's Offshore Office - Status?  Dan Nowlan and Bruce Eissner.
    2.    Web Site Report, Glenn McCarthy.
    3.    Safety Task Force Status, Ron Trossbach.
    4.    Hanson Award Status, Glenn McCarthy.

STUDIES
    1.    A Study on sea anchors/drogues on MOB Poles and devices, with some of these devices blowing away faster than the victim can swim after them, and solutions, Matt Pedersen.
    2.    Lessons Learned from Overboard Studies, Ron Trossbach for John Rousmaniere.
    3.    Comparisons of MOB recovery maneuvers: John Bonds has donated $1,000 to a project at the US Merchant Marine Academy. Status of study, Ron Trossbach for Eric Wallischeck.
    4.    Status of Lifeline study at the U.S. Naval Academy, Ron Trossbach for Ralph Naranjo.
    5.   PFD Rules for championship regattas - Ron Trossbach.
    6.   Overhead power line hazards - Ron Trosbach.
    7.   Inspection Criteria Working Party Report - Ron Trossbach for Chuck Hawley.

STANDARDS

    1.    RRS 1.1 interpretation status, Glenn McCarthy.
    2.    ISAF, ORC and ISO Standards, including liferafts - Dr. Bruce Eissner.
    3.    Vote on ISAF Special Reg Changes for the 2004-2005 book:
            1.    PFD and Harness wearing at night, Cat 0 & 1: Target Regulation - US SAILING Prescription.
            2.    Coax Cable Size, currently US SAILING Prescription: Target Regulation - ISAF (then drop US SAILING Prescription should ISAF adopts).
            3.    Heavy Weather and Storm Jib, Target Regulation: ISAF (then drop US SAILING Prescription should ISAF adopts).
            4.    Category 5 Support: Target Regulation -

1.  Endorsement vote to let US SAILING's ISAF Delegation know that US SAILING supports this addition.
2.  Approval of US SAILING Cat 5 Extract, including US SAILING Prescriptions.

            5.    Extend the Liferaft "grandfathering" until January 1, 2006: Target Regulation - US SAILING Prescription.
            6.    Fully Assembled Anchors: Target Regulation - US SAILING Prescription.
            7.    Request that ISAF limits changes to the Special Regulations to a single date one every two years: Target Regulation - None.  Contingency Plan - US SAILING move to fix the Special Regulations book for a two year period: Target Regulation - US SAILING Prescription.
            8.    Mast Furling and Storm Trysails: Target Regulation - US SAILING Prescription.
            9.    Anchor Chart in Special Regs book to identify shape, weight and rode for expected bottom conditions, per length and weight of boat.  Target Regulations: None, we wish to see if ISAF Special Regulations committee would be interested in undertaking this effort, with support from US SAILING SASC Members.
