General Services Committee
Terms of Reference

CONSTITUTION
The General Services Committee shall incorporate one representative from each Council and from the Budget Committee.  Other interested members may be appointed by the Committee chair with Board approval.  The Executive and Membership Directors shall serve as administrative advisors to the Committee.

FUNCTIONS, in order of priority:

• To maintain a long-range view of the Association, its development and its services to the sport.
• To plan and develop programs to serve the needs of the Association's membership.
• To oversee all US SAILING membership programs and services.
• To oversee all insurance programs of US SAILING.
• To oversee and coordinate US SAILING's relationship with commercial sponsors.
• To oversee US SAILING's communications and public relations.
