I would like to
thank those who attended the Alter Cup Area A & B eliminations July
12-13. It was a great weekend. The Squantum Yacht Club was very generous
to invite us and they are looking forward to having us back. Paul
VanDyke with crew Warwick Kerr won the regatta and will be sent to the
national Alter Cup competition in 2004 to sail against the nation's
greatest multihull sailors. It blew hard on Saturday (started off with
10 boats and ended up with 4 competitors). Sunday started off as a
floater, but filled in lightly in the afternoon.
