2000 Area H ALTER CUP Qualifier
September 16, 2000

LOCATION:  Cascade Locks, Oregon, on the Columbia River 30 minutes east of Portland.

ELIGIBILITY:  All competitors, skipper and crew, must be members of US SAILING and reside in US SAILING Area H. Proof of membership is required. US SAILING memberships will be available at registration.

CLASSES:  This regatta is open to all single or multi-crew catamarans under 22 feet in length, in their original One-Design configuration with a current US SAILING Portsmouth number (not enclosed in parentheses or brackets). Modifications requiring Portsmouth correction factors are not allowed.

RULES:  This regatta will be governed by the 1997-2000 ISAF Racing Rules of Sailing; the Prescriptions of US SAILING; the US SAILING Multihull Championships Conditions; the US SAILING Multihull Championship Sailing Instructions and each boat’s own One-Design Class Rules.

Saturday, 10:00 AM   Skippers Meeting
One race shall constitute a series
A maximum of 6 races are scheduled
If fewer than 4 races are completed on Saturday, racing will continue on Sunday, September 17.
