U.S. Team Racing Championship

How to Register Registration should only take a few minutes, but you should read the information below and ensure you have all of your information handy.
Captains are responsible for ensuring that all three teams have registered and paid by the deadline. The first step is for the Team Captain to register the team name, enter Team A and pay Team A’s registration fee.
The remaining teams (B and C) should enter separately and pay the $125 per person registration fee. On the registration form they will be asked to select the TEAM NAME from the drop down menu. (If the captain has not yet registered, the team name will not appear.) When all three teams have completed their registration and their entry fees received by July 27th, the team will be considered registered.
What information will each person need to provide?
PLEASE - and this is very important - save your Thank You e-mail after you register. If you have to go in and change any information, that e-mail will contain the link you need to do so. After July 27, 2008, crew substitutions are prohibited, unless due to illness, injury or other emergency. Registration will close altogether on July 27th. Note: late fees apply if entry fees are received after the deadline. Tips for successful registration: · Make sure your pop-up blocker is turned off. (Windows XP and Google can be quite persistent.) · Click the button "Pay Instantly with a Credit Card" and not one of the little pictures of credit cards. What if someone on my team is under 18? If a member of your team is under 18, there are separate forms which will need to be downloaded and sent in advance to Erie Yacht Club.
What if I don't know my membership number or it’s expired? Send an e-mail to membership@ussailing.org and give your name and hometown or renew online at www.ussailing.org/membership.
What if I need to change a member of my team? Please contact Gavin O'Hare by July 26th. After July 27th crew substitutions are prohibited, unless due to illness, injury or other emergency.
What if I am a Foreign National? Do I still need a US SAILING number? No, but you will need your own MNA #. NOTE: If you are from the Virgin Island, you will need to be a member of US SAILING as the Virgin Islands are part of US SAILING.
What if I have questions about the event itself, schedules, housing, traveling etc.? Contact the event hosts.
What if someone is coming with me? Anyone accompanying a sailor is responsible for their own meals and expenses during the event.
What if I have problems registering? E-mail support@regattanetwork.com. Don't call US SAILING. |
