Formerly employed by Goldman Sachs and Company in New York City.  Skipper of the 2000 Paralympic Sonar Team in Sydney, Australia.  Currently, CEO and Sailing Director of Shake-A-Leg Newport, RI, and advisor to the Edison Community Sailing Center in Fort Myers, FL.  New York YC Membership Committee.  Married with twin 5-year-old boys.

"Constructive change is needed at US SAILING.

While there are many functions US SAILING does well and should maintain, the organization needs to be consistent and dependable in serving all its members.  We need to carefully listen to our membership to meet their needs right now.  At the same time, we need to be forward thinking with an inclusive vision.

Service to the individual members – and earning their trust to lead - are vital components that US SAILING must obtain to become the best National Governing Body in the sporting and leisure industry in the United States."
